This sake is a Junmai Ginjo (55%) made with rice of the Gohyakumangoku variety, which produces a very clear and infinitely sweet sake. Eren is the main character of Beyond The Wall. This sake reflects Eren's character, pure and straight. Well balanced between sweetness and a drier side, it goes very well with different types of dishes.
