A 17-year-old Calvados from Swell de Spirits x Christian Drouin.

Color : Tobacco

Nose : Overripe apples, snow apple, pear drops, lavender, orange blossom honey,
Lemon sorbet, petrichor, frangipane, white chocolate buttons, milk chocolate geranium
Buttons, Neapolitan ice cream, barley sugar, a fabulously fragrant bouquet of flowers
(rose, hyacinth, honeysuckle, geranium, carnation and vine), hockey sticks and brass
varnish, plus a hint of soft smoke.

Palate : Smooth and creamy mouthfeel, warm, buttery croissants with honey, marmalade
and plum jam, sloe gin, blueberries, apples, pears, oranges, strawberries, mango,
coconut, clove balls, butter balls, anise balls, sage mashed potatoes with fillets of
butter, ancient oak trunk and puffs of sweet smoke.

Final note : Damson jam, a slight hint of smoke towards the end

Finished in a Mars Japanese whisky cask, introducing a full-bodied character.
