Jean-Bernard Moindrot has been established at Domaine de Loye since 1970. It is a family tradition that leads him to develop the vineyard of his grandfather, who was also a miller.
Since Valentin's return, everything has been done to respect the formula: "A healthy vine is the guarantee of a quality wine".
Both father and son impose a great deal of discipline to ensure its observance.
Our farm consists of 15 hectares of vineyards distributed as follows:
- 11 hectares planted with Sauvignon grapes for Menetou-Salon Blanc
- 4 hectares planted with Pinot Noir grapes for Menetou-Salon Rouge and Rosé wines
The clay-limestone soils and the excellent exposure of the hillsides allow us to produce naturally very aromatic wines. We vinify and produce the equivalent of 110,000 bottles.
