Loïc Mahé manages 4.5 hectares of vineyards in Savennières. Within these vineyards, he works to maintain and develop the ecosystems on his estate. He practices biodynamic farming on his land and reintroduces wild and domestic animals. In the cellar, his wines are the result of meticulous sorting, controlled pressing, and natural fermentation.

Sable et Schiste is the estate's "classic" cuvée. A lively and mineral wine with fruity aromas of green apple and lemon.
