Deep purple robe. On the nose, aromas of black fruit. The palate is full and concentrated, with elegant and harmonious tannins. The finish is persistent.

Grape varieties : 100% Cabernet Franc, between 35 and 65 years old.
Winemaking : This Folie cuvée is a selection of vines aged between 35 and 65 years. Pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with maceration periods of 12 to 15 days. Then, aging in barrels for 6 to 8 months for part of the blend.
