AOP CORNAS PIERRE GAILLARD 2021 75cl

This great red wine from the Rhône is produced in the Cornas appellation by Domaine Pierre Gaillard. The vines are located on a plot at the bottom of the slopes on granite soil.

The harvest is done manually at Domaine Pierre Gaillard when the grapes have reached maturity.

Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are completely destemmed to preserve the elegance of the Syrah. Finally, following fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in barrels, 30% of which are new.
