Tasting
La Mouline is always the first of the three single-vineyard wines to be bottled. Furthermore, it benefits from a blend predominantly Syrah, with 11% Viognier. This second vintage is simply magical. Made for aging, this wine displays a ruby red color with vermilion highlights. The nose is powerful and elegant, with a beautiful finesse. Aromas of small red fruits, blackberry, violet, licorice, and graphite notes create a very pleasing aromatic profile.

Winemaking: Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Traditional pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation/maceration for 4 weeks.
