AOP CÔTE-RÔTIE ( Great red wine from the northern Rhône Valley )

Single-vineyard cuvée: ROSE POURPRE (very limited quantities available)

Grape variety: 100% Syrah ( 13% vol )

Vintage: 2021

Coming from plots located north of the Côte-Rôtie appellation , which is called the brown coast , it is a very great red wine for aging but, unlike the Côte-Rôtie from the blonde coast, it is more difficult to drink when young, it is preferable to wait at least 2 years after bottling.

The vintage we are offering is starting to taste excellent.

The wine is full-bodied, with plenty of character and expression of the Syrah grape. It also develops remarkable elegance with age. This wine is expected to reach its peak between 2023 and 2028 .
