Semi-dry rosé
L'Eté Gascon rosé comes from vines over 40 years old, yielding few grapes but exceptional concentration. The harvested grapes undergo a few hours of maceration, after which the vat is "bled." A portion of the juice is extracted and ferments at a low temperature. Fermentation is stopped by chilling to retain residual sugars, achieving the perfect balance between freshness and sweetness. L'Eté Gascon rosé boasts a beautiful pink color with a pronounced violet hue. The expressive nose reveals blackberry and hints of candied fruit. Behind the fruity notes, aromas of vanilla and even truffle emerge. On the palate, the ripe fruit flavors linger on a beautifully balanced finish, showcasing remarkable acidity and sweetness. An ideal wine for a summer aperitif.
