Winemaking: Traditional winemaking. Pre-fermentation maceration of 24 to 30 days at 28°C. Aged in tanks for 16 months.
Tasting:
This wine, with its deep red color, has a nose marked by red fruit. The attack on the palate is clean, with a lovely breadth. The tannins are silky, providing a certain structure on the palate.
