Crafted from isolated plots with exceptional and unique terroirs.
The main plots are located at an altitude of 400m on the southern slopes of the Luberon. The other plots are located on the northern slopes of the Luberon, at an altitude of 470m.
Thirty-year-old vines exposed to the rising sun for full and velvety grapes. Low-temperature fermentation followed by a gentle four-week maceration.
Brilliant robe with violet highlights. Complex nose of blackcurrant, hazelnut, blond tobacco, precious wood, and black pepper. On the palate, a full attack with notes of blackcurrant, ripe fruit, and licorice, followed by toasty nuances and black pepper. Dense structure, well-rounded tannins, and a very long finish with peppery and violet accents. A powerful wine with a touch of sweetness.
Decant 3 hours beforehand, serve between 14° and 16°C.
