The master blender sought excellence in the production of Vodka Pyla. He developed an original sand filtration process, coming from the Pilat dune. The sand used is none other than silica, a natural form of silicon dioxide. The filtrate obtained is then of great purity and extraordinary flexibility. This is how Pyla’s Excellium quality is born. Vodka Pyla is appreciated for its light peppery notes, licorice stick, aromatic Mediterranean plants and pine cone.
