The oldest Big Peat ever bottled by Douglas Laing. Only 1500 bottles produced of this Islay blended malt aged partly in ex-cognac barrels and the other in ex-sherry barrels. This limited edition brilliantly closes Big Peat's 10th anniversary year.
Nose : Suave, sweet smokiness, brown sugar, juicy peaches.
Taste : Empyreumatic, apple, smoked bacon, still warm malt.
Finish : Very long, toasted almonds, cinnamon, orange jam.
