This 10-year-old Chichibu presents a profile that is both smooth and structured. It displays the classic qualities of the house—cereals, floral notes, balance—but amplified by time: the wood is present without being overpowering, the fruit is perfectly ripe, the spices are light, and a subtle warmth emerges gradually.
