The reduced size of the barrel allows for a better marriage of flavors between the delicious notes of Sherry and the whiskey from Aberlour. A maturation that has proven itself for a very long time. “Classicism” you might say. Let's say "Authenticity" instead. Bottled at cask strength at 58.5%, its spicy notes and its generous side will delight fans of balanced sherry finishes.
