BELLEVOYE is a triple malt. Round, generous, elegant and complex: it is a French synthesis.
Profile: balance, elegance, roundness and aromatic complexity.
Aging: 3 to 8 years in French oak barrels in each of the three selected distilleries. Then secondary aging, between 9 to 12 months post-assembly in new French oak barrels in Charentes.

Tasting
Nose : The nose, elegant and persistent, reveals aromas of dried flowers, honey and vanilla, and sweet spices. The malty character is restrained, the fruit is discreet, peach and dried apricot, the sweet spices of the wood exude subtle aromas of roasting, very pleasant.
Taste : On the palate, the whiskey is well structured, powerful with a creamy texture and convincing length. Wood spices, vanilla and gingerbread emerge.
