Single Cask of 201 bottles distilled in 2007, aged in second-fill ex-bourbon barrels bottled at a natural strength of 60.8%. Penderyn 2007 Single Cask is an intense, concentrated single malt with floral notes (acacia), fresh fruit (pineapple, green apple, pear). A fine finish of vanilla, ginger and coconut.

For many years the art of distillation had been lost in Wales. But in the early 1990s, in a pub in a small Welsh town, a group of friends met for a drink.
