Intense red fruit aromas enhanced by spicy notes. A luscious, fresh palate, enveloped by fine tannins.

Grape varieties : 40% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot
Winemaking : Grapes are sorted and then crushed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 5 days at 6°C. Fermentation at 28°C in 300hl stainless steel tanks. Daily pump-overs, 30-day maceration. Malolactic fermentation.
