Tasting
The nose is fresh and inviting, revealing aromas of orange blossom and yellow grapefruit. The palate is slightly saline, with notes of dill and white flowers. The wine is beautifully balanced, delicate, and surprisingly mineral.

Grape varieties : Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc
Winemaking : The youngest vines on the estate are harvested by hand with sorting. The Roussanne undergoes fermentation in barrels, where it is aged on its fine lees to develop a lovely roundness on the palate.
