Perfect with red meats as well as poultry such as pigeon or guinea fowl.
Soil : clay-limestone terroir of Plan de Dieu with many rolled pebbles on the surface.
The average age of the vines is 30 years, with a yield of 40 hl/ha
Winemaking : traditional in concrete vats, three-week maceration with temperature control.
Production : 50,000 bottles
Aging : Minimum 12 months in old oak casks
