Tasting
A beautiful ruby red color, a nose of black fruits (plum, blackcurrant) with a hint of kirsch. On the palate, the wine is flavorful, fresh, and powerful all at once, with substance and length, but never harsh or overly tannic.

Grape varieties : Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking : Alcoholic fermentation 8 to 10 days. Maceration 2 to 3 weeks. Aged in barrels, 30% of which are new.
