The estate is located in Mouzillon, in the heart of the Muscadet region. The vineyard has been perpetuating traditions from father to son since 1840.

This wine is made from hand-harvested grapes, allowing for traditional winemaking without the addition of yeast or intensive settling. It therefore retains its full character.
