Established in 1877 in Juliénas, Laurent and Martine, and Adrien and Maxime, are the 5th and 6th generations to cultivate the family vineyards. The estate spans six Beaujolais crus and produces wines from hand-harvested grapes, as per tradition. The yield per vine is among the lowest in France, but this guarantees the quality and authenticity of the wines. Since 2018, the wines produced on the estate have been certified High Environmental Value (HVE).
This Saint Amour is a selection of small plots composed of very deep weathered granite and alluvial deposits. These old vines (averaging 50 years old), hand-harvesting, and carbonic maceration for 10 days give it the silky texture and finesse of a great Saint Amour.
