The delight begins with the eyes and the brilliant, deep red color of this Santenay. On the nose, one finds aromas of Morello cherries and forest floor. On the palate, the fruit continues to shine, and the light tannic structure is perfectly balanced.

Grape varieties : Pinot Noir
Winemaking : Hand-harvested, sorted, destemmed, fermented and macerated with minimal intervention (no pump-overs). Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
