Tasting

The nose of this wine is fruity, delicate, and elegant, with notes of Morello cherry and raspberry, and aromas of undergrowth that develop after a few years of aging. The palate is velvety and supple.

Grape variety : 100% Pinot Noir
Winemaking : Hand-harvested grapes. Traditional Burgundian winemaking. 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration. Daily punch-downs, then twice daily during alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
