History/Origin : Txapa is a Basque aperitif produced by Maison Brana, founded in 1974 in Ossès. This aperitif was born from the desire to combine tradition and innovation by using local plants and artisanal techniques. The maceration of the plants and fruits is carried out meticulously before being blended with white wine, offering a unique product that reflects the Basque terroir.
