This is an aromatic beer, this Bière Blanche de Namur. On the nose, it is fruity and spicy with notes of bitter orange and coriander. On the palate, it is smooth, thirst-quenching and slightly tart, without any bitterness.
Production method : Blanche de Namur is unfiltered. It is the only beer from the brewery that does not undergo this step: it thus retains its characteristic cloudy appearance.
