History/Origin : Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs Champagne showcases Chardonnay from the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, primarily Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Oger. Aged for at least 3.5 years on its lees and rested for six months after disgorgement, it offers remarkable complexity and elegance. The House of Barons de Rothschild, founded in 2005, perpetuates a tradition of excellence by rigorously selecting the grapes and using plot-by-plot vinification for each cuvée.
