History/Origin : Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs, introduced in 2017, complements the House's classic collection with a single-varietal cuvée that embodies the House's expertise in revealing the quintessence of Chardonnay. This tradition dates back to the 1920s when the House introduced its first cuvées made entirely from Chardonnay, long before these champagnes became known as "Blanc de Blancs." This cuvée is aged for three years on its lees in the Perrier-Jouët cellars, which gives it freshness and vibrancy.
