History/Origin : Louis Roederer's 2016 Vintage Rosé Champagne comes from vineyards located in the villages of Cumières and Chouilly. This vintage benefited from a unique infusion technique developed by the Roederer house, which highlights the juicy and ripe characteristics of Pinot Noir while preserving exceptional freshness. The 2016 vintage was marked by a hot and dry summer, yielding high-quality grapes. The cuvée is partially aged in oak barrels and dosed at 8 g/L, giving it a lovely roundness and aromatic complexity.
