This exceptional rosé is born on this unique terroir where schist rests upon limestone, imparting both power and minerality to the wine. The harvest is entirely done by hand in 10 kg crates, which are then spent overnight in a cold room before being pressed the following day, thus preserving the aromatic purity of the grapes. This latest vintage, despite its youth, reveals remarkable complexity and will be a benchmark for decades to come. It is characterized by notes of red fruit, interwoven with hints of blackcurrant, exotic fruits, and pineapple, as well as a sensational minerality and freshness. The length and aromatic profile of the nose continue on the palate with a silky, full-bodied wine that lingers beautifully.
