A new permanent addition to the cask strength range, this single malt bourbon cask whisky, like all other Cotswolds whiskies, is distilled from 100% locally sourced barley and malted using traditional methods. Maturation in first-fill ex-bourbon casks adds delightful notes of vanilla and honey to the already inherently rich and fruity whisky. This smooth and malty expression is a wonderful reflection of the distillery's character.
