Grape variety: 100% Malbec.

Winemaking: Vinification in stoneware eggs with indigenous yeasts. Very low sulfite wine.

Breeding: In stoneware eggs

Tasting notes: Deep, intense cherry color. The rich, full nose reveals aromas of black fruit, notes of violet, and spice. The ample, lingering palate offers excellent vibrancy on the attack, enhanced by a velvety texture. Notes of ripe black cherries reappear, leading to a finish with supple tannins.

Consumption: Confit lamb shoulder, oven-baked pork cheeks, grilled rib of beef.
