Aromas of ripe fruit and garrigue, with a fairly typical smoky note and a tobacco finish. Supple and full-bodied on the palate, with structure and well-integrated tannins.

Winemaking : Crushing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with maceration of about ten days at 25°.
