Here is one of the first creations of a new Martinican brand: Braud & Quennesson!
Located at the extreme southern tip of the island, it is the northernmost of Martinique's distilleries. The canes thus benefit from a micro-climate and privileged sunshine which increases their sugar concentration. Which does not fail to influence the aromatic profile of the rums.
It is this fiery sun that we can admire on the bottle labels.
The brand is bringing new life to the Habitation Grand Fonds, a place which was once dedicated to the production of rum.
This white agricultural rum, which has a strength of 59.2°, is one of his first creations.
On the nose, it reveals exquisite floral notes, particularly white flowers and lime; secondly, the fruity, iodized and spicy notes take us towards the freshness of citrus fruits.
On the palate, the cane is very present, accompanied by honey and peppery spices.
The finish offers remarkable aromatic persistence.
It is with emotion that we welcome the birth of a new brand in Martinique, an exceptional region!
