Deeply attached to its terroir, it took Neisson 5 years to obtain AB certification. It is therefore both a true technical feat and a historic milestone that Neisson has managed to achieve. The first AOC organic rum in the world, Esprit Bio confirms the talent demonstrated by the small Carbet distillery. It is produced from sugar cane harvested on plots located around the distillery (red cane B64, cinnamon B82.033 and zicak B59). L'Esprit Bio is distinguished by its omnipresent notes of fresh cane, this ode to the earth. In the blink of an eye we find ourselves in the middle of a field of cane in full harvest.
