TASTING

Nose : beautifully rich with ripe fruit, leather and spicy notes.

Mouth : layered and evolving tasting.
A first taste of ripe mango, lightly braised pineapple and grenadine syrup.
A second palate which evolves into more drying notes of cigar box, white wax, leather and light tangy red fruits.

Finally, with additional resting time, spices, precious wood and notes of crème brulée complete the very broad but always balanced aromatic palette of this rich and complex rum with an oily texture.
