Saint Aubin Single Cask 2010 is a rum from Mauritius. It was distilled in 2010 at the Saint Aubin artisanal rum distillery using a pot still.

It is a pure cane juice rum that has aged 8 years in an old port cask, then 3 years in an old bourbon cask before being bottled cask strength at 51.2°.

This single cask gave rise to 241 numbered bottles.
