This rum selected by Velier and Scheer and distilled by Monymusk / Clarendon is, like its version aged in a tropical climate, a blend of 12 barrels distilled in pot stills (2 in 2008 and 10 in 2007 ).

However, it has aged entirely in a continental climate , and displays an ester level of 243.5 gr/hlap. It falls into the Wedderburn ( MMW ) category of the distillery.
