Presentation
This wine derives its delicacy from the Marrenon vineyard, located entirely within a Natural Park in the south of France. This protected environment brings freshness and finesse to this Roséfine cuvée, which delivers beautiful citrus notes complemented by a lovely floral touch.

Situation
Blend of wines from hillside vineyards located between the villages of Cucuron and Cabrières d'Aigues and vineyards developed in the commune of Coustellet.

Terroir
Silt and sandstone soils: light and deep soils, without water stress…

In the vineyard
Night harvesting of the grapes (12.5/13°) in order to preserve the aromas under SO2 protection.

Winemaking
Winemaking with the absence of oxygen (N2/CO2) for the purpose of protecting aromas.
Rapid juice extraction to limit colour dissolution and extraction to an overly pronounced substance.
Cold settling and fermentation at 15°C.
No malolactic fermentation.
