The finish in rum barrels brings sweet spices, exoticism and vigor.
Aging: each of the three single malts are aged for 3 to 5 years in French oak barrels in their receptive distillery (primary breeding). Then post-assembly, refining for 6 to 12 months is carried out in rum barrels (secondary maturation).

Tasting
Nose : Nose of sweet spices. The aromatic expression is characterized by a subtle blend of roasted cereals and bourbon vanilla. The result is an expressive nose with nuances of sweet spices punctuated by touches of exotic fruits, caramelized bananas and cocoa beans.
Mouth : Balanced, exotic and vigorous palate. The attack is creamy with a honeyed texture supported by the sweet freshness of cane juice. The mid-palate is warm carried by additional vigor.
Finish : The finish is passionately melting and captivating with its woody flavors of tropical wood essences and macadamia nuts.
