MOISSONS MALT is the first of 2 iconic vintages from Domaine des Hautes Glaces. An elegant micro - cuvée in the image of Hautes Glaces and its project: a whiskey linked to our land, based on fruit and cereals, which seduces with its freshness and smoothness .

Nose

Intense, dense and refined. It is first expressed by notes of mochi and tea, flowers and white fruits (linden, camphor, peach), then sweet, citrus (citrus zest) and spices. We then enter the heart of a field of ripe barley, just before the harvest, the malt then moves alongside more candied notes.

Mouth

Deep and silky, oilier than the previous blend. Notes of almond paste, citrus and exotic fruits. The pastry texture is sweeter this year and evokes oriental pastries. It still crosses paths with aromatic plants.

Final

Ample and full-bodied. Expressive, a slight bitterness prolongs the pleasure of dark chocolate. Retro-olfaction is root-based. The bottom of the peach tart glass.
