Adrien envisioned a smooth and delicate whisky with subtle notes of undergrowth, grains, red berries, and candied fruit. Influenced by his Charente roots, he sought these aromas through his choice of barley, traditional distillation, and aging in casks that previously held Cognac and Pineau des Charentes.
