Hinotori (which means “Phoenix” in Japanese) reinvents itself with this Legacy edition, a tribute to the cult series Goldorak. It's a blend of unpeated malt whiskies, malted whiskies peated at approximately 50 PPM, and grain whiskies made from corn and wheat. A subtle mix of smoky power and smooth roundness, this whisky cultivates contrast—heritage and imagination, tradition and iconoclasm.

👃 Nose : Aromas of sweet malt, toasted cereals, a hint of smoke, dried fruit and warm spices.
👅 Palate : Textured, balanced between light smoke, sweetcorn, mellow wheat, with a perceptible touch of zero added sugar — just enough not to mask the peaty and malty characters.
🎯 Finish : Long, tense, the smoke lingers, accompanied by spices like white pepper, and a slightly woody and malty note.
