A lively, very pure nose. It is taut and slightly structured by its aging. The energy of the fruit resonates with the touch of citrus on the finish.

Winemaking : Hand-harvested. Pneumatic pressing, settling, alcoholic fermentation without added yeast, malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels (25% new), on lees for one year with regular stirring.
