Predominantly clay-limestone soil.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After initial fermentation in vats, the wine is bottled, and then, naturally, with the addition of the liqueur de tirage, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle: this is the prise de mousse (sparkling wine production). This method, known as the "Traditional Method," is combined with aging on lees for 15 to 18 months.
The Crémant d'Alsace Brut Cuvée Prestige has a pale yellow color and a beautiful ring of fine bubbles. On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers and fresh fruit. This freshness and delicate aroma are echoed on the palate, a true delight for the taste buds.
This fresh and elegant Crémant is of course a great classic for aperitifs, petits fours and other cocktail dinners, but it can also happily accompany a seafood platter.
