RUM BARBADOS DOORLY'S XO 70CL 43°

This XO version from the renowned Martin Doorly distillery, founded in 1920 and produced by the Foursquare distillery, was aged in bourbon barrels before being finished for several months in oloroso sherry casks. This explains the ambivalent character of this rum, poised between Spanish and Barbadian influences. An inspired vintage, now bottled at 43% ABV.
