ESB PARCELLAIRE RUM HSE 2016 45° 70 CL

HSE Parcellaire #1 aged in oak is an agricultural rum that benefits from the Martinique AOC designation. It is the first single-vineyard aged rum produced by the renowned Martinique distillery.

As with the single-plot white rum from which it is derived, this “Canne d’Or” (nicknamed for the R570 sugarcane variety) was distilled on June 10, 2016, in a copper column still at the Simon distillery. The rum was then aged for over 12 months in selected 200-liter American oak barrels. It was finally bottled in January 2022.
