Tasting notes
Nose : A harmonious balance of fresh sugarcane with hints of vanilla, dry light oak, and earthy and herbaceous notes.
Palate : The palate is concentrated on aromas of light tropical fruits, citrus oils, and notes of green apple. Then, notes of ripe sugarcane, citrus peel, and a hint of vanilla complete the tasting experience.
Final : To conclude, the aged Barbadian component takes center stage, as the tropical aging of the rum, in formerly used American oak barrels, leaves a light woodiness in the finish.
