Famille Ricci unveils a new selection to join the Exception range: a 20-year-old from Trinidad!

It was produced at the island's only distillery since Caroni closed: Trinidad Distillers Ltd (TDL).

After column distillation, this Single Cask was aged in ex-Bourbon barrels.

Twenty years later, it is revealed to us in full light, to the great joy of Trinidadian rum aficionados!

Almond, chocolate, blackcurrant… so many irresistible scents that make up a most seductive invitation.

On the palate, the texture is silky; the blackcurrant is present, enhanced by floral and pastry notes. Thus, crème brûlée and red fruit tiramisu emerge distinctly in the finish, like a kind of apotheosis.
